Returns
Camillatelier accepts returns: contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and send the items back to us within 7 days.
It is therefore possible, for those who are not satisfied with the purchase, to return the purchased product and be reimbursed within 14 working days of the formalization of the complaint.
All personalized products are excluded from the right of return.
The returned item must not have been used/worn, it must be intact and in the original packaging which is considered an integral part of the product itself.

We do not accept returns from non-EEC countries.
Once the procedure has been completed, camillatelier sends a confirmation email containing the instructions to follow to return the goods.
The return shipment of the return is charged to the customer.
camillatelier reserves the right not to refund unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the stipulated conditions.
In these cases, the customer will be contacted by customer care and must take care of returning the unauthorized return at his own expense.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods or errors occur in shipments by camillatelier, please contact our customer service promptly (within 24 hours) by writing to camilla@camillatelier.com upon receipt of the package.
camillatelier reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for non-compliant goods.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
